Diagnosis: Anorexia Nervosa, along with Bulimia, Depression, on a suicide watch because she cuts herself.
Treatment: Medications for the depression, no sharp objects allowed for her, High calorie drinks that look and taste like water, must watch everything she eats.
Special considerations: No jewelry until she gets up to a certain weight, she is far below her BMI point and she needs to be watched when she eats. No laxatives allowed, the most she is allowed will be is prune juice, maybe prunes. nothing else. Everything on her plate must be eaten, and she isn't allowed to go to the bathroom.
